We're on the second of a back to back cruise on Symphony. Last week, Windjammer and El Loco Fresh were as expected, staff serving everyone the food rather than self serve. On the second cruise, they've both switched to self-serve (at least they had the few times I've been). I thought it was one of those changes that was going to stick beyond COVID, but maybe the staffing impact was too much. Speaking to a member of staff, the CDC have changed their guidelines. Still doesn't explain why the MDR service is so poor right now.
