Check In Date Keeps Changing

My family is going on our first cruise on June 4 (Symphony), and I am a planner. I want to be ready to check in right when I'm first able to, which is where my frustration lies. Almost every time I go into the app, our check in date changes. It has said April 16, April 15, and as of a moment ago, April 20th. Occasionally it even says that the check in is closed and we need to arrive 90 minutes before sailing. 

Is it normal for the date to keep changing, or am I looking in the wrong place (profile section of the app)?

I've had that happen before as well.  It eventually settled the heck down and picked a solid date.

Not sure if it's normal, but mine has moved too. It originally said March 23rd and now says 24th for my May 8th cruise.
