I saw one video that said that was a good idea and another that said no, it's not allowed. I'm confused. I'm thinking mostly for St. Maarten and St Thomas. Do you get searched or fined if caught?! SpeedNoodles Posted March 10, 2022 Report Share Posted March 10, 2022 No, unless you are taking some sort of prepackaged food (like packaged granola bars or something like that - we always do because my husband is diabetic and things can go south quickly if he doesn't eat regularly). Definitely not fruit, and don't grab a coffee at Cafe Promenade and try to get off the ship - you'll have to drink it before you leave or throw it.
