I went to book an excursion, but my onboard credits don’t show, just credit card info. I was told by RCL customer service the credits don’t show until two weeks prior to the cruise. SpeedNoodles Posted January 28, 2022 Report Share Posted January 28, 2022 If your onboard credit is from the Royal Caribbean Visa card, you'll need to call the number associated with your card and ask them to apply it right away, otherwise it won't show up until two weeks prior to cruising.
