Rob_N_Jake
We are going to try the Royal Up on our March cruise on the Wonder. We just found out about this program. Right now we are in an ocean view balcony room and it is currently at $1200/pp. The junior suites are running around $3300/pp. What would be a logical bid to have the best chances of being upgraded. We will bid on everything available but we are wondering about the prices. We are willing to spend up to a total of $1000 ($500/pp) for both of us on an upgrade. Is that a likely occurrence? Ampurp85
So, I would not hold out hope for RoyalUp on the March Wonder cruise. I believe that it not only might be the most expensive because it's a new ship but also because it is a replacement, cabins might not be available. They moved plenty of people who had sky and star class cabins from Allure to Wonder and only Jr. Suites have been available. That being said the cost associated is a mixed bag. Also, you might not have the opportunity to bid. Not everyone gets the option. Wonder is an oasis class ship. Depending on demand the minimum bid could start at $350PP. I would never consider a Royal Up as likely and highly recommend not dwelling on the outcome of your bid. Bid what you are comfortable with and be happy with your original choice when you don't win. These days, there are more winners due to last minute cancellations. Neesa
