Gewel
We booked a European cruise before vaccinations were required. Since one of us is not getting it for various reasons, we can't go. They're only offering us FCC to cancel because it was a non-refundable fare, BUT the terms of the contract have changed substantially since we booked it. Their wonderful PI call center is zero help. Obviously we won't be using the FCC and RCCL makes it non-transferable so we can't even gift it to someone else. It's more money than I'm prepared to lose, and I'm okay with suing them for it if I must. Looking for advice or contact info. Thank you in advance. Ampurp85
If protocols have been released for your sailing, then you keep calling and they should give you an actual refund. If they haven't been released, you are at the mercy of the FCC gods. Gewel and Neesa
WAAAYTOOO
I agree with @Ampurp85 . Don’t take an FCC ! Escalate your issue until you get someone who will authorize a cash refund. Ampurp85 and Gewel
