Tommy1962 Posted November 5, 2021 Report Share Posted November 5, 2021 I have a question regarding FCC's. I was issued FCC's at the beginning of the pandemic. My wife & I received equal amounts. After receiving the credit we scheduled a cruise for Dec. 2021. We have since had to cancel that cruise. All of the original FCC was not applied to the 12/21 cruise. When the 12/21 cruise was cancelled we received new FCC's but for a much lower amount. My question is: Is there a way to search and determine the total amount of FCC's we currently have without having to call anyone at Royal. I am hoping I can just look up the information. Thanks.
