Contacting RCCL Agents

Hello all!

 

Quick question for any of you who might have some advice....

 

I'm trying to make some changes to a booking I made over the phone for an upcoming cruise, and have been dialing the number on the contact me page for RCCL.  Same number I used to call originally.

 

For the last few weeks I have been getting through to the automated menu, but when I select either "Already have reservation/booked through agent" or "Book a new vacation", I just get a busy signal.

 

Over and over and over.

 

I have literally been trying for an hour now, and can't get past it.

 

Every time I have tried to call, regardless of time of day, I get this same issue.  Sometimes I will get a recorded 'waiting' type thing, but then it cuts off and also gives a busy signal.

 

Any ideas on how to get through to someone?  To clarify, I've used both Option 4 and 5 on the initial menu...

 

My final payment is due in two days, and that's one of the reasons I am trying to get through!

The US - calling the 866 number.....

 

@WHStoneman, I don't, but I will try your number...thank you!

 

I also tried calling through the C&A number, and when I selected make a booking, also got a busy signal.

 

The two times I have been able to get through the reps have been great to deal with, its just getting REALLY frustrating trying to get through!
