JeffnMearl
I have called to see what my options are for rescheduling a cruise coming up in the beginning of April. All the monies I have put in will go toward a future credit - but the $2100 in comp I received for the upcoming cruise cannot go toward a future cruise. Basically, I go in April or I have to pay full price on a future cruise. I tried to talk to several people at RC and they are all on a hard line about this. I personally think this is complete BS as the cruise was agreed upon way back in October, but just a heads up for anyone looking to reschedule a cruise when using comps to pay for it. Thanks, Jeff

WAAAYTOOO
Once a casino certificate or casino offer is used, it is dead. They will not reissue it. The only exception they made was for those whose annual casino comp was cancelled by the cruise line or those who did not get the opportunity to use their annual comp.
