Is the wifi complementary in the Central Park Library all the time? And since they sell ice cream at sugar beach and you mentioned where the old pool side ice cream used to be, I wonder if they still have complementary ice cream? On all the ships I've been on you needed to pay for Voom (internet/wifi), and the self-serve ice cream was free. Ben & Jerry's or other premium ice cream requires a charge to your Sea Pass.
