I would take the time to fill it out and when I would get to the the desk they would refuse to use it. Said it was faster for them to look at passports or the scanner for the mobile passport was down. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

They don’t have the kiosks (at least not when I was there in July), but when we flashed our cards with the CBP officer we were able to go to the front of the line.
