  1. My SemiLive Blog Wowzah! Only 3 more days until we are on a plane to Barcelona! Hard to believe, this past year has flown by so fast. So, let's get down to the nitty gritty and get this show on the road! (props to people who get that reference) Our Cruising History I am sailing with my mother and father who have both cruised 2 and 3 times, respectively. This will be our third family cruise together (which have all been on Royal), and our second time on an Oasis Class ship. 2. Hi everyone, I'm a multiple time Royal Carribean (RCCL) cruiser here (we love RCCL) and I thought I'd share that I took my family of 7 (80 yr old in laws, wife and 3 teenagers) in July 2018 on a Mediterranean cruise with RCCL and it was a great cruise with only one problem that our three sleeping cabins got flooded one day at 4:00 am when a pipe burst in the hallway. 3. We are flying into Barcelona the day before our European/Western Mediterranean cruise on the Oasis of the Seas. Any recommendations for a decent, reasonably-priced hotel for one night? Also, how would you suggest we get from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to the ship, and from the ship to the airport when our cruise ends? For what it's worth, there are nine people in our group, and this is our first cruise. Any advice is much appreciated!
  4. We are planning our first transatlantic cruise next year. Can we get info on things like the weather, activities, etc?
  5. Where do we tell taxi driver to take us at Barcelona port for boarding Brilliance of the Seas?
  6. Does anyone know the departure time from Barcelona for the 7 nt Western Med cruise please? If anyone can advise on distance from Barcelona airport to port, that too would be very helpful. Cheers!
