Did the same thing for me - best bet is to give them a call. They were able to do it for me over the phone.

Hi All - I recently did this. You need to call RCL, and I believe they transferred me to the C&A folks. They applied the credit for my mom who is travelling with me in September. It may not appear until a few weeks prior to cruise, at which point a second phone call would be good to follow-up. I also tried doing this online but it didn't work.

I was also inquiring about the Kid's program and my son needing to be fully potty-trained. How do they handle asthma puffers and epi-pens?

We also booked the Embassy Suites for a cruise in September.

Hi Members - I'll be sailing on Allure in September with a 4 year-old. Had a couple of questions about what you can/can't pack, and also wondering if there tried & true cruise hacks/tips that you can share! TIA I've read hacks about bringing hangers and wondering if metal hangers are ok, or do they need to be plastic. Is it better to put it in the carry-on to avoid luggage delays? Juice boxes for my son - If I wanted to bring a couple packs for him to take with us on excursions, any idea if this is allowed? Do all staterooms have mini-fridges? Do all staterooms have a pull-out bed, or are they only on the ones indicated on the deck plans? Power bars - seems to be a lot of debate on whether they can or can't be brought on board. Safer to pack in my carry-on to avoid delays? Also seems like the smaller block type power bars are more acceptable. How strict are they on the "Kids must use the washroom on their own" policy for the Kids Club? My son needs some assistance using the toilet - primarily just putting his pants back on properly. Any other cruise hacks/tips? Thanks! :D

I am a C&A gold member, and had a couple of questions as I haven't been on RCL cruise for 5 years now. There is mention of coupons for drink specials, etc. Where can I find these? What is the likelihood of being upgraded to a suite? Currently in Oceanview Balcony Stateroom. Can someone share experiences who are also a gold member? I understand they upgrade higher class members first. What other discounts/benefits should I be taking advantage of? I have read the C&A members page, but there is limited information. Thanks in advance!
