For what it's worth, I've been on both and I prefer Oasis. They're both great, but something about Oasis-class just resonates with me more.

But this doesn't start until 9/1. Also, how did they know it was such a disaster without anyone saying anything? I'm assuming you know since you also know that everyone who went on it was refunded.

This excursion is no longer available for my December '25 cruise. I wonder what happened.

I guess I'm going to bank on hope then that the opening day gets moved up, kind of like how Star of the Seas' inaugural sailing keeps getting moved forward.

At the time I booked Allure for later this year, there was a promotion going on and I received $700 of onboard credit. I just checked tonight, and even if you add in the onboard credit, I could reprice and save about $300. However, I've already spent my onboard credit on pre-cruise purchases. What would happen to those if I reprice?

I've said it before and I'll say it again. I find myself getting more annoyed with grown adults than I do with young kids.

My 10-night sailing on Independence in 2026 is offering the DBP for $52/day. If I wasn't going to be diamond by that time, I'd definitely jump on it.

A few years back, I scored it for about $18/day. I haven't seen it that good since.

Dang, that really stinks. The kids area at that waterpark is one of the best I've seen and I was excited to see my youngest daughter's reaction to it.

I had the waterpark in Costa Maya booked for my Allure sailing this December and just got an email today saying my excursion has been canceled. I wonder if Royal is going to be completely redeveloping this area.

Something I just noticed that I find interesting regarding the Crown Lounge... Deck plans from 4/11/2025 - 4/19/2026 show the Crown Lounge on the Boardwalk. However, beginning on 4/29/2026 it is showing the Crown Lounge on deck 16.

Oooh, I missed this one. Unfortunately, its a one-off though. And with it being a Christmas cruise there's no way I'd ever convince my wife to go on that since our kids are younger.

I'm a little surprised they aren't going to have an Icon-class ship do short cruises. On another note, I wish they would rotate the ships a little bit more. I'm dying to go on Utopia but really don't want to do a 3 or 4-night Caribbean.

I cruised out of Galveston in 2017 on Liberty and we went to Jamaica and Grand Cayman. What happened to those and why can't they do them from Galveston anymore?
