I paid $150 to park in the South Lot. The cruise terminal area in Galveston is very safe. I strongly recommend pre-booking your parking though, unless you want to be parked out in the back 40.

I wouldn't touch them myself, but if it's been 45+ minutes and nobody has ever returned to the chair, I'll ask a crew member to remove them in keeping with Royal's policy. I don't think anyone is moving stuff just because nobody is near it at that moment in time. The staff sets timers.

It's good onboard. The terms say that if you don't use it before departure it will be transferred to be used onboard but will expire at the end of your cruie.
