My pleasure. 😊 I always find Royal's excursion descriptions to be sadly lacking, so I'm glad I was able to help. With a 5pm flight, it should work well for you.

It depends to a certain extent on how late your flight is because the excursions do get you to the airport in plenty of time for the earliest time mentioned in the excursion description. So if that's, say, 5 pm and your flight home isn't until 10 pm, you'd still have a lot of time to kill at the airport. In that case, it might be worth finding a hotel or somewhere that would store your bags for you or get a day room somewhere and enjoy some pool time.
However, if your flight is towards the earlier end of the spectrum, you'd use up most of your spare time just getting to somewhere that will store your bags so that's where the convenience of the excursion kicks in.
We have done several tours with airport transfer and the one we did of Miami was scheduled to make an hour-long stop at Bayside and another hour in the Cuban area of Miami so that might be similar to the one you're looking at. Unfortunately our time got cut by half due to some silly passengers getting the wrong disembarkation tags but that wasn't the tour people's fault and it was still a good tour.
One thing to bear in mind is that these tours start quite early and it might be a bit chilly, so make sure you keep a jacket or something else to hand to wrap up in until it warms up.

The performances are primarily in the Schooner Bar, Promenade, Central Park and Music Hall.  There are quite a few scattered throughout the week - more than I realized.

Just got this re: next week on OA :
    Dear Guest,
We’re excited to welcome you onboard Oasis of the Seas. Before we set sail for adventure, we wanted to share an update on some venue upgrades happening onboard.
Starting March 12th, 2023 through March 26th, 2023, we will be making some enhancements on Deck 4. During this time, we kindly ask for you to please ‘pardon our dust’.
Due to the Diamond Lounge’s proximity to these efforts, we’ll be hosting our Diamond Lounge morning and evening hours in alternate locations. Please check the virtual Cruise Compass for hours of operation.
Daily breakfast in Vintages Evening cocktail hour in the Music Hall The Diamond Lounge operations will continue as usual, but please know, we expect noise and dust in the surrounding area as our team’s work. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused by this and thank you for your understanding.
    Sincerely,
    Crown & Anchor® Society

Thank you 😊. It sounds really great and $34.99 seems very good value too.

I did this on Harmony in January and LOVED it. The food was great. We got a tour of the galley and got to meet the head chef of the entire ship. Also we had a lot of no-shows for some reason and we all got multiple extra free drinks. The time and day of the meal is in your cruise planner. Ours was served at 150 Central Park on Day 6 (of a 7 Day cruise) at 11:30

You can't make reservations for breakfast or lunch but it should be open all days for breakfast and sea days for lunch.

On Odyssey there is an omelet station (they'll also do fried eggs), there are scramble and scramble w/something (changes daily), fruit, cold cereal, oatmeal, salmon with fixings, basically about what is also available in the WJ but on a smaller scale, don't remember about lunch (not sure if we ever ate lunch), the dinner was the same menu every night.
