Is this something new that is being introduced? Something old that is coming back? Or a I.T. glitch? It shows as sold out but I check daily for price changes and it has never been there. For what is included the price is too good...

If you are on this board - now - months before you cruise, how do you know the service won't live up to your expectations? Your talking about it knowing that your not paying the minimum guidelines set forth for a satisfactory cruise.

That's pie in the sky thinking. If they know who is stiffing them, they will do the absolute bare minimum knowing they are most likely getting a minimal tip that they will have to jump through hoops for like a circus freak. I agree there probably are liars on here, I think the people who opt out and say there going to spread it out are the liars. $50 for the stew and $20 for their waitstaff (For the week) - but will play it off like they paid a full share. I agree you do you - Nobody needs to brag about stiffing or over tipping

I think Isreal and the Palestinians have a better chance at seeing eye to eye than the opposing sides of this argument.

As much as I would like to believe this (So the servers could make their meals extra "Special") - There is no value to this list as people could go to GS at the end and have it removed.

I'd like it better if the smaller Jazz club was the smoking casino and the main casino went smoke free, but that's just me...

I would also assume that if security got involved and the OP was the primary guest and still removed her, most likely in a domestic onland they try to move the problem not the victim, but not always. We are only getting one of the 3 versions of what happened.

Friends of Bill W. - I didn't know what it was and by my third cruise I asked my wife who this Bill W guy was and how come he has friends on all of our cruises...

My first time, on day 2 it felt like a week long vacation...They really know how to pack 20 Lbs (or Kilos, depending where you are from) of stuff in a 5 lb bag. Most vacations getting back to my home state is the best part. At the end of my first cruise I didn't want to leave. It is the best form of vacation. Have fun and enjoy...

We had a large group and tried a impromptu pub crawl where we had to try a different drink at each location and if it had a specialty drink we had to try that. We got to about 7 in an hour before throwing in the towel and finishing the next day. It was fun though...

Even if they included it in the fare, people would complain how they don't have kids so they shouldn't have to pay wages for the kids club. Or that they don't drink so they shouldn't have to supplement the bar staffs wages. The long and short of it is people can do what they want (and they will) no matter what is said on this board, it won't change your position

I think the cruise lines should issue specific colored key cards to those who opt out. Like a scarlet letter. See what kind of service they get then.

Up to you. We pay the gratuities and tip those who we have direct contact with. It's better than following the person who wipes the tables after we eat at the buffet or Resteraunt. What about those who clean the public restrooms, are we supposed to chase them down for a tip as well.

That bet is easy money...I can attest that it has happened on all cruises I've been on. Some people get balconies for the the sights and sounds, others get it to watch the Submarine races...
