We just got off the March 2 - 9 sailing. We had the UDP and I agree with what has already been said but wanted to add a few things.
(1) There was someone in the terminal, right as you go up the escalators, that was making reservations for all of our specialty dining (not sure about hibachi because we didn't book it). It was so easy and quick to do and it was very nice to not have to worry about that right as we boarded the ship when we really just wanted to explore. Even stopping there before boarding, we were still probably in the first 200-300 people on the ship.
(2) You do not need to cancel and re-book Empire Supper Club. I thought that's what you needed to do as well. But, on the morning of our reservation our account showed a refund for ESC. At the end of our meal at ESC they charged us the discounted rate. It was kind of confusing and we had to go to Guest Services to make sure they didn't cancel our reservation, but it all worked out and was pretty smooth.
I hope you have a great time. Icon is an amazing ship.

We'll be there! Convinced a few friends to book cabins a few weeks ago too! Starting to plan our port adventures and getting excited!

Any idea on when the Europe to North America sailings will be released? Trying to decide which transatlantic to book.

According to CBP's website (https://www.cbp.gov/travel/biometrics/seaports?state=Florida&port_of_entry=All) they only have it for open loop entries for the Florida ports.

Thanks all! I'm going to take SmokeyBandit's suggestion and declare myself a Regal Voyager whenever I wear it!

If anyone else was having issues with check in, it is up and working now!

Did you try the C&A phone number? I did that and talked to someone within 20 minutes. They even found other items to reprice that I missed and saved me an additional $200.
Good luck!

Hi All,
I'm wondering if there is a way to pre-pay gratuities in the cruise planner. I saw the option when I originally booked my cruise, but i'm not seeing anything in the planner. Thanks!

Yeah, the credit went to our onboard account.
