  1. Yes Royal Caribbean definitely accepts onpoint testing! We just used it for our family of 4 to go on the Harmony last week. You do need to have an approved antigen test to have them proctor it.
  2. We were just there yesterday for the first time! My advice, which I got from a crew member, don't bring much! Just the towels from the ship, sun screen, and your sea pass card. You don't want to drag a lot around and you don't need it.
  3. How do you order continental breakfast? RCCapp? Call in? Paper form?
  4. Why would it come back as OBC? Aren't those things refundable if you don't use them?
  5. We sailed 2xs since the reopening, but the ships were low capacity so as soon as we got on and ate something our rooms were ready. Is this still the case now that things are full or almost to full capacity?
  6. Did you book your cruise yet or not? I ask because you mentioned using a travel agent or not. You can not plan your cruise until it's booked, but as soon as it is booked you should be able to purchase drink packages and everything else.
  7. I asked a similar question, worded differently, and got an answer in a few hours. I've asked several questions and every one was answered with in 24 hours. It's much better than calling where you'll wait on hold to get the same answer. In the future, send a PM, don't post on the public page and they will get back to you.
  8. Are you sure? So they are NOT available on the ships that advertise on the website that have them such as Harmony of the Seas?
  9. Hi! Can you purchase Wow bands on Harmony of the Seas?
  10. If someone in the party tests positive and you can't go, will they allow you to book again at the same rate/price you paid to rebook the same cruise?
  11. You sent a PM and it took a week? I can see getting general answers depending on your questions, but I've found they respond immediately or in a short period of time and get the same answers or better than waiting on hold.
  12. I just wanted to give a shout out to RC Social Media! If you have any questions, send a message through Facebook, it's a great place to start as they seem to respond very quickly and can be very helpful!
  13. I think you're asking, where is it least busy so that you have an opportunity to speak with the representative without waiting in a long line. Correct? I would guess that inside one of the closed restaurants would be best. Does anyone know?
  14. Did they check your check in time or just your documents at the door before they let you in the building?
  15. The video I saw was pretty clear. The problem was thousands of passengers waiting extensively in the heat to have docs checked at the door. Only 4 employees to check thousands of passengers docs. Having gone through this there's a lot you have to show even if you have it out..Passports, negative tests, and vaccine cards. That's a lot to check for each passenger.
  16. Which terminal were you at? I'm speaking only of Harmony of the Seas. That ship is taking 5000 passengers min. and everyone has to show multiple docs before they can enter the building. I went on two RCL cruises in the past few months on Navigator..much smaller ship way fewer people, same docs required. Zero lines outside, practically walked right through and onto the ship both times. The lines at Harmony were because there were only 4 people standing at the door checking thousands of passengers documents. That's not OK.
  17. What time did you arrive at the port? How long did you wait outside?
  18. I recently saw a video someone posted of the boarding of Harmony of the Seas. The line outside the terminal looked insane! They waited 1 5 hours just to get in the terminal in the heat! Has anyone experienced this? How early should someone arrive?
  19. What do I do to request a refrigerator for medication for my 15-year-old who needs daily medication that must be refrigeratorated? I did not see any forms on the app where you check in.
  20. OK so Ihealth is the test you take at home, but did you have a particular company do the telehealth report? I'm guessing like you say any telehealth company that can write the correct printed report, would be acceptable.
  21. Hi ! Has anyone had success boarding a ship with virtual antigen test with someone other than Emed? Emed only allows you to buy their tests. Other virtual proctored test companies allow you to use any unopened FDA approved antigen tests. Has anyone had success with this?
  22. Has anyone had success using Rapid Test and Trace to get on a Royal Caribbean Ship?
  23. Will they accept this? Do you have experience with this?
  24. I'm pretty sure that RCL does this for you and in your app you will see all of your drink orders. Don't forget to add tax and tip to each drink as well.
  25. We don't cruise until June, so I'll look forward to seeing what happens for you.. we are going out of Port Canaveral .. don't know if that matters, but I don't see why RCL would care which company we use as long as everything is official.
