Why does the $100 OBC terms & conditions say "reward must be used within 90 days of purchase". My sail date is June 5. Does it mean I need to wait until March 5 to purchase and redeem my reward?

Yes. I got both the gift card and OBC ($25 from costco and $50 from RCL).

I will be on Harmony coming June. My first time on RCCL. Booked a dining package. I would like to try wonderland and chop. Am I allowed to order extra appetizers or entrees at these specialty restaurant? I know I can order extras at main dining. Thanks.
