  1. I have always used a TA, but my son-n-law did our booking for all of us.
  2. What address do you use for the payment? I really like that idea.
  3. I can see my stuff, I just can't make payment on cruise. I can pay for extra stuff (internet and etc) on line though. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me but I will just call it in. I just wanted to know if anyone else calls in for payments.
  4. To make a long story short, I have an on-line booking and was looking to move it to my travel agent. I have had a Crown and Anchor account for years. All of the sudden, it said my log in was wrong (which wasn't). I couldn't retrieve my recovery as I haven't had that email for years. I created a new log in but now I cannot pay on-line. I called RCI and they couldn't get it fixed either. I can call and pay over the phone but that is kind of a hassle for me I feel like. Are they any of you that call in your payment directly to RCI? I don't know if I can even transfer it to my travel agent anyway. Any suggestions please.
  5. Way back in the day when we cruised, there were two shows. One during the first dinner and one during the second dinner so that you could see the show and not miss dinner. Is there only one show now?
  6. I'm Judy. My hubby (Burnie) and I love to cruise. We are taking our daughter (Whitney), son-n-law (Chuck), all four Grands, and my oldest Grandson's girl friend on Oasis July 2017.
  7. We are going in July 2017 so this will come in handy - Thanks!
  8. I thought about waiting until we get on board but that's part of the fun with the Grands in picking out our excursions. I never thought about contacting the resort but that sounds like a good idea!
  9. Hubby & I did this one several years ago and loved it. We are taking the family in July 2017. You cook then you get to use the water park. It has child pricing but it says minimum age is 14. I am guessing that is the cooking part and not the water park; however, my two youngest grands (11 & 9) love to cook, and can handle the cooking part and would love it. Not sure if they would really be allowed to cook. When we went there were no kids there. Has anyone been when there were kids doing the cooking part?
  10. We have 3 JS booked. This is the first time for JS so we are excited as they have balconies also.
  11. That's awesone! Thanks for posting this!
  12. My son-n-law called and because we booked earlier, we still get our VOOM free. How long ago did you book your cruise?
  13. I too am interested in the "goody" bag. I would love to do that too.
  14. That's good to hear. I looked at my booking paperwork and it doesn't say anything on there about VOOM either way. I saw on Cruise Critic where someone thought it was free but couldn't find that information any more and that got me to thinking that maybe they removed that. Hopefully, they will keep it for our booking. Should I call and check on that? If so, who (TA or RCI)?
  15. When we booked our sailing we were told that The MOS would have free VOOM until sometime in September. I do not see that on the website now. I'm not sure what to think of that and I wonder if we will now have to pay for it. I can't seem to find out any info now that says it is free for our sailing. Anyone know?
  16. That's what I was hoping for! Thanks!
  17. This is the first cruise that all 8 of us are going. We have 3 JS side by side. I am looking forward to hearing everyone's reports after dry dock to see just what all is there and the compass for the 4 night.
  18. The Majesty is scheduled for dry dock and some upgrades soon so hopefully all will be good. We are on your same sailing too! We sailed the MOS years ago and loved her so I am hoping for the same result this time. We will in a Jr Suite for the first time so we are looking forward to that.
  19. My grands 20, 18, 10 & 8 When we booked we weren't sure if we could put the two oldest in their own JS (I guess the under 21 thing is if they are cruising without parents). All our JS are side-by-side. I guess we should have asked first... If that is the case, can we move people around during check in? The following is how we booked: JS: Me and my granddaughters (10 & 8) JS: Daughter, son-n-law & grandson (18) JS: Hubby and grandson (20)
  20. This will be our first cruise that isn't just Hubby and I. We have 3 JS booked on MOS. My 1st question is, Hubby will not be in the same JS with me due to my oldest Grandson not being 21 yet; so can Hubby and I be linked on our credit card and our grandson be linked to a different one? My 2nd question: Do they punch a hole in the room key card so that it can be used with a lanyard? I think the older grands will need that.
  21. Awesome! I will keep checking the link. I appreciate all the great information.
  22. We booked with BOGO plus 25% of guest #3 & #4, reduced deposit, and $300 OBC. It cost us $186 more than the 30% off but we came out better due to the OBC. We haven't cruised for several years and this is the first OBC that we have ever had.
  23. So if I read this right - as long as Hubby & I are in all the photos along with daughter, son-n-law & 4 grands then I can pre-order when available?
