Anyone ever done a private photo session?  My in laws are paying to take the whole family on a cruise in November and we like to do something for them, like a private photo session of the whole family. But one thing I see is that it’s limited to the people in your cabin. We have 14 people so more than one cabin obviously. Anyone know how they handle that?  Thanks!

The issue is 2 adults and 5 kids. Ubers and taxis can’t hold that many.

Did some searching. It didn’t see a sneer. Family of 7 cruising out of FLL in November and need a hotel that offers an airport shuttle. A cruise shuttle would be helpful too. An Uber with my kids age isn’t an option and don’t want to rent a car for just one day. Any one know of a hotel that offers shuttles from the airport?

Would love to hear your opinions.....With RC debuting two new ships, what is your approach to sailing on a new ship? Some want to be early as possible to experience the newness, others say wait a little and let them get some kinks worked out.  When is the ideal time to sail on a new ship?  Just some wanted to hear your thoughts!

I prefer evening. That way I can take a nap during the day if need be and after dinner/show I can come back and my room looks good and ready to go back to sleep! 

First time doing unlimited dining and I see where they will make a courtesy reservation for the first or second night.  When will I know what that is?  Just wondering as I'm planning.  Thanks!

Just went through this last week. We took our adopted sons original birth certificate and a copy of our adoption decree signed by the judge. At the terminal the agent had to get her supervisors approval, but it wasn’t an issue at all. Just an extra step. We weren’t ever asked again for them. When we disembarked the customs agent never looked at them.
 

I was a little stressed because I’d hate for that to be an issue, but it really wasn’t.

No problem!  We are cruising in March and drive a huge Nissan van and it looks like the oversized parking that RC offers is almost a mile away. Kinda stinks. 

Just FYI, I looked up Premier Parking and their garage clearance is 7 feet.  We drive a huge van that wont fit, so that may be an issue with your truck too.

Booked my cruise months ago and paid the deposit.  Final payment is due December 2022. I have the money to pay it off now but wondered is there any advantage to paying it off early or should I wait until December?  Thanks!

I know that each kid has to have their own account. When I creat them an account it mentions them having a photo ID. My children (vaccinated) are going to be using birth certificates for our cruise and don’t have photo ids. Any one run into this issue and know of any  way around it?

Our flights are Saturday afternoon and we board the cruise ship Monday at 11:30. We want to know the status of our COVID tests prior to boarding our flight. So, could we take our tests at 12:05am Saturday morning before going to bed?

My wife loves photos and we purchased a photo package for our upcoming trip. But question, do they allow you to take your masks off for photos?  Don’t think we want a bunch of masked photos for our trip. Just wondering what is happening on the ships with that. Thanks!

Thanks for all the great info.  Quick question about using the at home test (recommended here) with kids. We have 4 vaccinated kids, and two adults that will be cruising in February (hopefully).  Two quick questions about the Abbot at home tests......

1. When I buy a 6 pack, it will only let me put 3 names on on. What if I wanted to put all 6 of us on there?  I know most say have extras, but I could buy two extra tests to have just in case.  Also planning on having an appointment at Walgreens just in case too.

2. During the test they ask if you're the owner of the account.  What about the kids?  Do they need their own account or can they be tested under our accounts?
