RC has renovated all the ships to move that windowless, tightly packed suite lounge to a more appropriate space. Since then I've never seen a packed suite lounge, other than the first night, on a ship since.

You can get manually written tags at the port, but why not just have those without printers just email luggage tags to someone with a printer in the group

Yes, Junior Suites can take advantage of the suite early boarding.
