  1. Good news i finally got my refund for Port Fees, Upgrade, and Cruise Planner Purchases today for my March 14th Cruise that was cancelled on March 13th. Almost 2 months.
  2. Yeah i don't get why they wouldn't be processing things in the order they cancelled the cruises. My Cruise was first batch cancelled and i have only received FCC, but no refunds for purchases, upgrade Big i won, and Port Fees and taxes. A bit frustrating that i have received no refunds, but cruises cancelled after mine have. and soon it will be 2 months since my cruise didn't happen, not what Royal determines as the date they cancelled.
  3. I also had a cruise on March 14th cancelled and all i have received was the FCC, no refunds yet. I called today they said it would still another couple weeks ?
  4. So i called them today. They told me at least a couple more weeks for my refund, it isn't even queued to give me the refund yet. They apologize that their accounting department is backed up with all the requests. This is Royal playing a game to hold everybody's money as long as they possibly can. I also don't get how people that cancelled after me already got their refunds. It will be more then 2 months after my cruise was actually cancelled, not when Royal said it was, before i get my money. The biggest kicker to me is they processed my upgrade fee 2 days before they cancelled the cruise and i still haven't gotten that back yet. This is the biggest amount along with taxes and port fees that i would like back.
  5. This was my concern about Royal playing around with their Date of "cancelled" was. So basically they will be holding the Monday from March 14th cruise for 2+ months. Plus the Upgrade i wonder that took the day before they cancelled my cruise. This is not the way to do business. To my My Cruise was cancelled on March 13th the day before i was supposed to board the ship.
  6. I wonder what order they are doing all these refunds. My Cruise was supposed to be March 14th. I have only received FCC and no refunds for anything yet.
  7. This is getting crazy, they basically are holding onto everybody's money as long as they can. Another 30-45 days is like 2+ months after the cruise was cancelled.
  8. I think that Royal Caribbean is playing a bit of a game on when something is "cancelled". They want to hold onto the money as long as they can i am sure. I got an email from Royal Caribbean on March 13th that my March 14th cruise on Rhapsody was cancelled. Dates: March 13th - RCCL cancelled my March 14th cruise April 6th - FCC email from Royal Caribbean with each of my FCC#s April 14th - received email saying my cruise Planner items were cancelled I still haven't received any refund for Cruise Planner purchases, my upgrade payment (Won bidding upgrade), Ports and Taxes. So far only received the FCC. I would have though when they say 30 days it would have been 30 days after March 13th, but obviously not. Does it start now 30 days after Cruise Planner items were cancelled?
  9. Our Cruise was supposed to be on March 14th, Rhapsody of the Seas out of Tampa, so we were the very first round of cancellations. I never received the refund yeah for the port fees, taxes and cruise planner purchases. It said we should get this by April 13th.
  10. I found out why the taxes fees and port charges are refunded to you . So you only get FCC on your base fare
  11. I just received emails from Royal Caribbean with my FCC. The email states that it is 125% FCC, but it doesn't add up, doesn't seem to be enough. Anybody else notice this? Have the same problem?
