Yeah i don't get why they wouldn't be processing things in the order they cancelled the cruises. My Cruise was first batch cancelled and i have only received FCC, but no refunds for purchases, upgrade Big i won, and Port Fees and taxes. A bit frustrating that i have received no refunds, but cruises cancelled after mine have. and soon it will be 2 months since my cruise didn't happen, not what Royal determines as the date they cancelled.
