    I sent in a messanger message today, they stated they would request the luggage tags be issued to us, have not seen anything yet. but it is Sunday.

We completed our cruise check in on day 40 before our cruise.  I have a brother-in-law that is going with us also complete his check in on day 43 before our cruise, harmony sept 25th.  He and his wife luggage tags where available for print about 2 weeks ago, my wife and mine still show pending.  We have set room numbers, so not  Guaranteed room type.  When should I expect luggage tags to be ready?

This morning I can check in, I thought I could just go in and get a boarding time and then come back later?  I am on the app and hit check-in and go the the second step for boarding times, it say not ready yet check back later.  Do you have to complete step 1 first, which means have to have passport and other info for the other parties in our group just to try and get boarding times close together?  Or does boarding times not available until later? Ideally I would like to just get boarding times for the 3 groups that are going and they complete the rest, we are all linked.

  5. We have purchased the deluxe drink package for our September cruise.  Yesterday my wife was put on medication that she cannot drink with, but the medication is more important.   I know we can do one deluxe and one refresher package, but I have to call in for that.  Since I already purchased the deluxe will they just change my wife's and refund the difference, or do I have to cancel and rebook meaning I will lose the price I was able to get the deluxe at?

  6. We just noticed 2 days ago Royal credited our credit card 2 times.  We have no clue why or what the credits are for.  All of our cruise planners items are still booked nor does any of them match either one of the amounts.   Has anyone have this happen to them?

    also my sister-in-law booked the drink package,  8 days later still had not been charged for it.  Royal told her to cancel and rebook it.  The second time it charged right away.  Now 2 days later she was charged for the first one as well.  She called and they told her it would be 45 days before it would be credited.

    I do not have much faith in Royals accounting system at the moment.
