  1. Yes yes we will @smokeybandit you are in the MDR at the next table....I have just confirmed. We won't be clingers like @SweetPea met. In fact I think we met them up in the lounge on 14. OMG they were sweet but would not stop talking, and talking. I just wanted a quiet sangria. We did sail away from the balcony. I dragged cabash away because he was participating....um, no. I'm exhausted and was on a mission. And @OCSC Mike I crushed all vouchers, the last one for fancy coffee, but still. The cruise director was enjoyable. I think she is cruising Susie or something like that. Our table on Deck 3 MDR.
  2. Hello! Sorry I took so long, what a day! I will post pictures on the heels of this. We arrived at the deck about 0915hrs. Right in and parked, decent amount of spaces. Julia was called when we checked in, she came so quickly. I have been impressed with her. Like a Genie she gave us an app to get in touch with her for anything we need. Boarding started at 1045 and she boarded us first. We went to our muster station and straight to the cabin. The cabin is elegant, this old lady while showing her age has heart. It's a pretty room, it appears larger in video and pics then in real life. The closet is so much smaller then I imagined. My two are on the piano all day, every minute so far, Stix and Beatles songs. I did get my tea pot, no tea but my stateroom host just brought some over. It's been a very long day but I crushed 4 of my 5 vouchers, sangria and prosecco. One more to go. I don't see where you can order room service on the TV and when I requested chicken soup from the MDR they said No! I'll get it from room service later and see what it's like. Dinner was extremely good and pretty quick, sat down at 5 and out by 6:30 Some pics to start.
  3. We're here! We drove over early this morning because I wanted to try it. We always stay over but the prices were insane. Thanks to everyone for the well wishes! Easy drive over and as I'm in the deck we completed the muster videos. Lots of notifications to stay away until check in time, we have 1030. I requested our MDR to be assigned on Deck 5, my app has us assigned Deck 3! No worries it's just why? I'm relaxed, happy and ready to crush my vouchers. My nail polish is called Canadian Bacon, its a cool coral and it matches everything. The name is perplexing.

  5. Oh my word, my brain! I thought you were doing a B2B in that cabin. Why did I think that? Thank you so much for the fun and entertaining trip report. I laughed out loud multiple times. Thank you, thank you!
  6. If they still don't send out some RUB offerings at 30 days go to www.royalcaribbean.com/booked/cruise-room-upgrade. When it populates your last name and your reservation # should pull up some offerings, IF they are offering them for this sailing. Fingers crossed for you!!
  7. On the smaller classes of ship they should offer a small embarkation lunch as a suite perk. They already do it for the Keys and B2B. It's a tiny menu, the venue is in use so easy to add. Just another choice amenity for booking a suite on the smaller classes. That and the wifi tiny changes I believe would yield them more demand for those ships in the Suite cabin. Here is the itinerary I never addressed. As an aside, I took @SweetPea advice and sent an email to Julia our concierge, she responded the same evening thanking me for sending the cabana number and advised shorex would assign. Maybe her communication style is rough, but I thought that was super cool.
  8. Seriously I'm glad you shared, they should make a PSA regarding this! Look, you were kind not mean so pat yourselves on the back! I'm impressed, I would have feigned a bathroom break and needing Cabosh to help me find it....and run..... Where we are here in our little area if Florida we exist in a Community of dare I say more Pinapple People then I'm comfortable with, always over sharing with a darn twinkle in their eye. We have mastered a dash and continue to run.... never return system. I feel for your experience, I'm glad you got out of there okay, the worst part is the pub is no more. I am wishing you another venue to fall in love with .. Bolero's maybe? I love that I thought of @asquared17 when you said goodbye forever!! Repeat: not mean at all!!
  9. @Sweety okay great double points! Now keep your eyes peeled for RU maybe you can bid a tiny amount to get on 17 or 18. There are so many GS and AS 1 bedroom available. Eyes peeled for RU, I sent a message via X and the arrival times appeared within minutes. I addressed the RR & RU as well.

  14. @Sweety yes I agree I think your 500.00 guarentee is a win. Do I think a suite is possible on deck 17, yes I do! They want to impress so why not get you into a grand suite and then hook you for the future! I'm over here cheering for you, looking forward to knowing your cabin assignment as well.   15. This would be sad...if it wasn't so "expected" Upon checking again this morning I am chuckling a bit. They have a space to place your credit card, for sure and certain! But the arrival times must be in the IT vault along with our Royal Up offers, and the Railway offering. I just smile and think first sailing on this ship they are still getting their act together. So for anyone new to Royal on this sailing don't be discouraged, it is not always like this. I promise!   21. Those were my famous last words when I left Cabash underwear home! Thank goodness he had an extra pair and we had a Carolina store inside the port on our next stop. Oh wow, I'm the same Jamie's over Gio's all day every day!! I love Jamie's. Please charge that phone!!
