  1. They are mostly the same but from my experience every class of ships also have a few things thats different. It may also depend on the region you're sailing in. For example, on my Allure cruise out of Port Everglades. One of the nights had a Appetizer with a full stone crab claw in the mdr (I ended up having 4 crab claws). I've never seen it in any other RCL ship I've been on.
  2. I guess in the future, your husband should use your sign and sail card to play in the Casino instead of his. That way the comp will be on your name.
  3. I did book it already, I'm just wondering if there's anyway RCL's excursion doesn't included actual Tram Tickets lol. but then again that wouldn't make any sense. There's no transportation or anything else involved in this excursion other than Tram tickets.
  4. Hello, I have a question regarding the Mount Roberts Tramway excursion on Royal Caribbean Ovation of the Seas Sept 13th sailing. Today I was looking through shore excursions for Juneau and it showed Mt Roberts Tramway prices at $24.99/adult and $11.99/child. I recalled the tram tickets were more than that so I checked Mount Roberts website and it showed on their website $35/adults and $18/child. I normally never book an excursion with the cruiseline due to their price inflations but in this case it's actually cheaper??? Is this a mistake on RCL's website or is there something I'm missing??? We were originally planning on just buying the Tram Tickets when we arrive.
  5. Awesome, Lemon drop is my wife's favorite drink.
  6. So I saw that there's a specific drink menu to order from with the 3 free drink vouchers per day. The menu is perfect for me but unfortunately my wife is more into mixed fruity drinks which non are on the drink menu. If she gets say Vodka, will they charge extra to add coke or juice to it?

Edit: oops think I posted this in the wrong forum.
  8. As you can see, we used anything we can find as chips, in this case chess and checker pieces lol. We made it $50 buy in minimum doing $1/$2. That was fun times.
  9. Texas Holdem cash games have been a hit or miss for me so far on RCL. I've been on Liberty, Jewel, Adventure, Allure, and Radiance. The only time we had $1/$3 games were on the Allure, rest were aleays $2/$5. Allure was also the only ship were every night you had tons of players. On all other ships, we've had enough people (6 or more) on only maybe 2 of the nights. In fact on the Radiance, all of us poker players all got together and had a private games in the game room instead.
  10. Hmmm we got a complimentary cruise offer through the Casino for a Cuba Cruise, was gonna book the Nov 30 sailing. wonder if they still let you do that.
  11. Yea this is pretty much correct, and in reality you don't just get the one free annual prime cruise. I hit Prime on my Adventure of the Seas cruise last September and so far taken advantage of three different complimentary cruises out of it. 1st was a 10 day NZ cruise that I got directly from the casino voucher while I was still on the Adventure of the Seas. 2nd was from club royale mailing me a list of complimentary cruises with different sail dates through December of this year, I took an 9/13 Alaska cruise from the list. 3rd was my annual Prime cruise. whether its worth it or not really depends on whether you can take advantage of the other sailings they offer as well and not just the annual Prime cruise. I lost about $1.8k to reach Prime, but those 3 cruises saved me over $6k vs booking them on my own.
  12. Yes, we added my two kids (kids sail free promo stacked with casino offer). You have to pay the taxes for the kids and any upgrade fees if room upgrade is needed. We upgraded the complimentary inside to Oceanview Balcony and total came out to $1127 for 4 of us on March 8th Harmony.
