I deleted the app. reinstalled, made tx per cruise. rinse and repeat. tedious but I got what I needed done save for spa and dining. Did this three times, once for each booked sailing.

How do you order the UDP on the app? I can only book beverage packages and excursions.

TA can't help with Cruise Planner purchases. I've been waiting for my call back for over three hours now. I don't think it will happen. NCL & Carnival are probably have a good chuckle over this. At least they feed their hamsters!

Well, I've been charged three times for the same DBP. ARGH!

None of my cruises are showing up now. They're making progress.

How were you able to cancel/buy when it was glitchy? Just curious. What did you do? Restart? Clear cookies? Etc?

The other thing it is doing is the landing page for Beverages, for example, shows $57.99 for the DBP, but when I click on it to look at it and then reserve the price goes up to $66.99. It is doing that on all three of my sailings and for things other than DBP. Stupid thing won't let me cancel or buy. I am stuck. FOMO in the worse way.

I would love to, but I can't cancel or buy anything. It's telling me Cancel Failed and Hmmmm, credit card information isn't correct.

It wouldn't be maddening if you use a good TA. I would stop, transfer what you've done and let them handle the rest.

On our 3 upcoming cruises (Harmony, Liberty, and Oasis) the drink/voom combo does not show up on the cruise planner.

Yes. $223 for this sailing. Yes, I purchased at the price. On our last sailing (New Years 2022/2023) it was $89. I know that won't happen again, but man!

I have found my threshold. I will not purchase any dining packages at the prices stated below for our upcoming 7-night Harmony Sailing in March. We will enjoy Coastal Kitchen all the more (GS) and the Windjammer. I look at the Cruise Planner almost daily. Hopefully, this is an intern mistake in the wrong direction.
