I would of thought wheelchairs could use elevators ? Well if they dont want my money then I will keep the almost $100 ?

Hi Who been on the Independence of the Seas and done the All Access Ship Tour? What can be done in a wheelchair and what cant be done from a power chair? I cant walk at all.

Hi, I am going on independence of the seas soon and I looked up what ports are tendered vs not Tender: Cozumel, Mexico Tender: George Town, Grand Cayman No tender: Falmouth, Jamaica No tender: Labadee (Cruiseline Private Island) I heard some ships can go to the dock and some cant I guess depending of the size? Can someone tell me the truth on what is go or no go for me and my power chair? I just plan on staying as close as I can to the ship because I dont want to get lost or hurt or something else happens to my power chair. Thanks, Michael

Everywhere I look it tells me I would need the internet unless you wanna pay for roaming.

You think RCCL is poor? I bet they can get them for a penny and charge us $5. ? I would love to see or know if NFC on the phones can unlock cabin doors. I know Disney world did it and didnt upgrade their internet. (I dont think that is)

I am shocked that independence of the seas didnt get this upgrade while in dry dock April 2018. ?

Iv heard the HDMI are disabled but Ive seen on youtube you can still use them (just need to buy an universal remote. I think its a Samsung TV or Sharp TV. I am not sure why you would *need or want* to do that on a cruise? Not to be mean but if you wanna do that why be on a cruise? (talking about the wireless tv headset) Also iv would think you can pick up other FM transmitted stuff like radio and other stuff on the ship maybe.

I dont know any phone today that can not use Airplane mode or in this case "cruise mode"

Just a trick ive learned. When you plug in your cellphone to charge go into the Google store and update your apps. I guess some apps when updating will take more power. Ive just noticed the RCCL app wont update til you plug in the phone.

Hi, I knew the milk shakes where not included. I just wanted to know so I had the money ? I might upgrade to the Refreshment package so I am not stuck with just soda. ? I just wanna make sure I wouldnt be thowing away money or be able to spend it somewhere else.

Can anyone tell me the prices for like Soda and milk shakes and everything with out the boos. (I dont drink) I am thinking should I get the soda package for my 7 night cruise or just pay one by one. I am thinking it would be nice to just buy it so no worries but worry if I do that I would be over paying with the soda package.

Question for anyone/everyone on RCCL (independence of the seas) Are the door locks the old school hotel style credit card like or the new tap and open like in Disney for example?

I heard @Matt say in one of his blogs there might be a way to just drop off bags (carry ons) if you are disabled or something? (this is for RCCL) I did reach out to RCCL and asked that. I mean I dont think someone wants a 400 LBS power chair and person to crash into them because they had to handle their carry ons as well as drive. They told me they will look into it. ? I mean why would we have to be forced to by The Key just to do that? Thanks!

Hi everyone, I am going on a cruise for my birthday Nov 2018 and I am gonna be on independence of the seas. I read on the do no bring list Electrical Extension Cords but when I emailed the ADA dept they told me they would give me one for charging my power chair. Here is the odd thing, why cant I bring one when they will give me one to use? That is a catch 22! What if the charger is a 3 Prong one? I think mine is a 2 because its a newer type. How am I gonna charge all my goodies? Thanks

Hi everyone, I'm setting sail on Independence of the sea November 2018. I have a Permobil M300. I read that on this ship the entry to the cabin is 28 inches and the chair base is 26 inches. Has anyone sailed with a chair like mine did you make it in and out of the cabin and the bathroom?
