Two separate processes. On-Line check in you do at home (speeds up your getting on the ship). When you do the on-line check in you will be asked what time you will be arriving at the port and, supposedly, that will be your time to check in at the terminal. That is the so called "SMART" Check-In. There has been a lot of talk about this smart check-in here on this blog and folks have been arriving ahead of their scheduled arrival with no problems, checked in and boarded. I you haven't found the on-line check in on your Count Down to Cruise page, let us know and someone can walk you through it. Welcome aboard, feel free to ask anything you want!
