Mike n Ky Posted August 16, 2024 Report Posted August 16, 2024 First time on Harmony...sailing with friends...have sailed out of Galveston a number of times and with this itinerary. Quote
Southern Waters Posted September 12, 2024 Report Posted September 12, 2024 Just now seeing this. I'm also on this cruise with friends, first cruise for one of them. I've done this same itinerary once before but I've never been on Harmony. This ship is my TA's favorite, and I noticed during the live Q&A the other day that it's Matt's 3rd favorite behind Icon and Wonder. Mike n Ky 1 Quote

My mother's side of the family settled in Hempstead County over 200 years ago. We have done this itinerary a number of times but the only Oasis class ship we have sailed out of Galveston was the Allure. WAAAYTOOO 1 Quote

My mother was from "next door" Nevada county. Small world! Quote

I have family that lives between Houston and Galveston and anytime I drive there I pass through Hope and take 59S. Southern Waters 1 Quote

I hate dragging my backpack around for 2 or 3 hours waiting to get into our cabin. We also stay away from the Windjammer because it's just too crowded on embarkation day. Quote

Looks like we are going to have to dress very warm for the sail out. Let me know if you have an interest in a brief chat while onboard. I hope y'all have a safe, and uneventful, drive down.
