CanHardlyWait
Is it Florida time or ship time?
Fastfaller
Those two will likely be the same at the time, but for clarification, check in is local Florida time. CanHardlyWait

Ship is central time today so there was some question. Thanks!
Ampurp85
It is the ships time, not Florida time, unless you are sailing from Florida.

Ok, so if sailing from Florida (stay with me. LOL) and both you and ship are in central time tonight. Will it be 11pm? Midnight? December? LOL. Fastfaller
I thought you meant check-in for embarkation day.... Like what time you need to show up at the terminal. Sorry for misunderstanding.

So does check in start 11pm my time, midnight Florida Eastern time? Or does ship being in my time zone play into it. Confused.

Well I don't know the answer, but I do know your time zone is irrelevant. For instance I am eastern time, my ship was also eastern time. My check-in was midnight eastern, but others on my ship that lived in central could check in at 11pm central. So their location didn't matter, it was based off eastern. Now in your case where the ship is central time, your guess is as good as mine. I would say start checking at 11pm in case it is eastern time, if not well then you have to wait. Ampurp85
If you are in Florida and sailing from Florida it should be midnight. If the app says the ship time is the same as your time. For example, I am on central time so my check-in for a Florida cruise is around 11pm my time. CanHardlyWait
