RCCL Status to Celebrity and a few other questions

So from what I understand is this....

If you are a DIamond member on RCCL your are Elite on Celebrity.

Now, if you do a 10 day cruise in an aqua suite... I believe that would equate you to 80 points.

So if I am an Elite status does that mean i start at 300 points and after the cruise i would have 380 points 

or would i have just 80 points?

You would just have 80 points.  The points build separately on each brand.  So your status will be Elite, with all of the perks etc associated, but you will just stay there until you get enough points, on Celebrity, for the next tier.  For example, I have 111 points, but am "Select" still, because I am Platinum on Royal Caribbean.  It just says I have 189 points to the next tier.  With the solo pricing of late, dont see that needle moving much for me.

If I make it right at 80 cruise points on Royal will that move me up to Diamond or do I have to have 81 cruise points?  Also, If I do move up to Diamond at 80 points will I then be elite on Celebrity?

Welcome to the message boards!

Once you reach 80 points with Royal you will be Diamond on your next Royal cruise.   Points are added to your account typically around a week after a cruise ends.  

Once you are Diamond on Royal you will have Elite status when sailing Celebrity.
