melmar02
We're taking our first B2B embarking out of Port Everglades this fall. DH has been eyeing the Airboat Ride excursion in Fort Lauderdale on the first disembarkation day. I'm iffy on it. If you have done this excursion, what were your thoughts? What will we be missing onboard that is offered to B2B-ers on turnaround day if we leave the ship?

Also, you'd have to find your own way back to the ship after the Airboat, if you buy it through Royal -- those excursions do either airport or hotel dropoff. Not that this is bad, just another thing to consider.

We would definitely book the one for FLL just in case - we can always grab a quick Uber or Lyft back to the port. WAAAYTOOO

Benefit of doing your B2B out of a port where there are a ton of consecutive cruisers!
