ScottD
So me and my son want to do this excursion...my wife would just like to go for the ferry ride. Do you know if they'd allow her to come along or somehow buy a ferry only ticket if we asked the excursion desk on board?
Rackham
Since it's a private island, she'll need to purchase a beach day/break/other to accompany you to the island. Ryan79
Ryan79
No, that is not possible as the ferry tickets are not sold separately since the company that owns the island also owns the ferry. There is no public access to the island outside of booking for a full excursion. This isn’t something that RC excursion desk can work around or modify for you since they do not own the island and do not operate the excursion. They don’t have the ability to modify a 3rd party’s operation like that.
ScottD
Thank you both... we actually reconsidered and my 11 year old has agreed that we actually don't want to partake in any dolphin excursions, and all 3 of us are just going to do the deluxe beach break excursion and enjoy the beach and free lunch instead! SPS
FYI: Another really fun thing at Blue Lagoon is the Sea Lion Encounter! (Also it's a good deal cheaper to book Blue Lagoon's offerings at their website rather than through the cruise lines, but you probably already know that.)
