Not strictly sugar free, but I am well controlled diabetic so I like to avoid a lot of high sugar drinks. What options are there? Assuming I get a Refreshment package? Riley Posted January 10, 2023 Report Share Posted January 10, 2023 If you get the refreshment package with the Coke Freestyle machines then pretty much all Coke-brand sugar-free soda options are on the table, including plain old seltzer water (which I used to drink by the gallon). JazzBassMan Posted January 10, 2023 Report Share Posted January 10, 2023 Coke Freestyle machines are definitely going to be your best bet. You can get access to those with the soda package or the refreshment package. Just make sure the ship you're sailing on has the machines available. If the ship you're sailing on doesn't have Coke Freestyle machines you will be left with what the bars have sugar free. In my experience thats usually been limited to things like Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Diet Sprite, Sprite Zero, and maybe some light tonic water or other mixers. Coffee, unsweetened tea and water are available at the restaurants. I also look to limit the high sugar drinks as a fellow controlled diabetic.
