Linked reservations not showing

I have 2 cabins booked for my family. I'm trying to purchase drink packages and excursions online. I only see the cabin I'm in. I've linked the other reservation # and it tells me it's already linked. It's been like this for over a month, on both the app and online. Does anyone know anything I can try, other than calling?

I had this issue with my app but not on the website. I would go through the process of linking the reservation and getting the message that it's already linked, press the back button and then the missing cruises would reappear. This is happening a lot lately, but it seems to be okay now as all the cruises appear on the app today without having to re-link.
