ken52891 Posted October 10, 2022 Report Posted October 10, 2022 Were the TVs on Oasis of the Seas updated to allow us to access our Netflix or other steaming services? I know the ship was refurbished in 2019, but didn't know those got updated like they have on the newer ships. Quote
HillaryG Posted October 11, 2022 Report Posted October 11, 2022 No, we sailed in august and my pretty tech savvy husband could not get our roku to work on the tv and the tvs did not have Netflix built in. Quote
Ampurp85 Posted October 11, 2022 Report Posted October 11, 2022 I don't think any of the TVs, regardless of if they are smart or not, have any streaming apps built in. Royal has very little desire to keep people in their rooms watching their shows. Quote

MattG Posted October 12, 2022 Report Posted October 12, 2022 On Oasis now. We're in a Central Park balcony, and the HDMI port on the side of the TV are readily accessible. There are no streaming apps for the TV, you'd have to bring your own device, like an iPad or Roku (something that can handle a WiFi portal). I can't imagine the stateroom remote will let you change inputs so may be best to bring a Universal Remote with you. Attached is a photo of the side of the TV, as well as the sticker on the back with the make/model. Quote
