Louieond
I remember waiters walking around the Windjammer on embarkation day asking if you wanted to book a specialty restaurant, I was wondering if anyone has done this recently and how much was Chops compared to booking precruise. Thanks.

Thanks. This will vary based on ship and sailing capacity. I would say look at the price of what it is in your cruise planner and take 10-20% off. Booking pre-cruise will ALWAYS be cheaper. Ryan79
It shows the price in the app and online for your sailing.
ChessE4
Remember you can order a special filet mignon from Chops in the MDR if you just want the steak and don't care about the Chops restaurant itself. There is an upcharge for the steak, about $15-$20, I believe. You will see it on the MDR menu. You can also order lobster in the MDR for an upcharge whenever you want a special celebration at dinner.
