Cindy Hill Posted June 2, 2022 Report Share Posted June 2, 2022 We have a family going on a cruise with us leaving June 10, 2022. They have an unvaccinated 9 yr old in their party. To the problem I dont know how to fix. In the check-in status on both the app & web page it is showing the unvaccinated child as vaccinated. We don't know how this happened & we cannot see the details other than it Pfizer & approved. They did not receive the email with unique code to schedule at terminal testing. They have called Royal reps a couple times , on hold for hours, with no help to correct this issue. We can't change the check-in ourselves or get ahold of anyone to correct the issue. We need a unique code to schedule child for pier testing. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, A huge fan of all your helpful information!!!
