Leo Marques Posted April 25, 2022 Report Share Posted April 25, 2022 I’ve been struggling for 7 months to get my future cruise credit - FCC and reserve a new cruise. I’ve read that it’s been happening to a lot of travelers I’m Brazil. I had to cancel my cruise ID XXXXX, which I would travel with my mother, due to COVID restrictions imposed by Italy against Brazilian citizens. On September 17th 2021, I’ve filled the form asking for the credit and signing my interest in traveling in a new cruise this April. In February, as the 90 days to get my credit had expired long before in December, I saw myself obliged to reschedule hotels and air tickets because a long and far trip requires time to plan all the details. After a lot of attempts, I could finally talk to R11 travel, RC office in Brazil, and the only answer I had was that my credit is being finalized to allow a new reservation. It’s been 2 months they’ve been answering the same. I want to cruise in October and I’m afraid the cruise I’m interested (wonder of the seas - October 9th) get sold out (and, of course, I’m afraid about the rising prices as the cruise get full). I had to chose a date to reschedule my air tickets and I dont have any more right to reschedule it without penalties, as the pandemia is getting better and flexible rules has been canceled. So, my only chance is this cruise in october. I sent a email to RC customer service 2 weeks ago and had no answer.I really don’t want to suit the office in Brazil. I’m a diamond loyal customer and I want to keep loyal and a big fan of RC. I only want to get my new reservation processed and my travel finally planned. I’ve read rumors that RC office in Brazil is going bankrupt and they are selling new cruises to get some cash and letting old customers without their cruises. I can’t believe that a big company such RC would allow that to happen! I want to know if more people are having the same problem around the world or only in Brazil. Each time I called the Crown & Anchor team, and it was resolved within a week. Both of the delayed FCCs were like yours in that they were delayed 6 months. Would you have the crown and anchor contact for me? Because here in Brazil RC has its own web page and the contacts shown there are only the Brazilians one that can’t solve my problem.
