CFL Posted February 8, 2022 Report Posted February 8, 2022 Sounds frustrating! I'm going through a similar issue and the Resolution department has been able to help. They are available starting 8 AM on weekdays and 9 AM EST on weekends. Quote

I’ve been advised to pay the email confirmation as that’s the binding contract they really need to train them better it’s like banging your head constantly Quote
