So I’ll m trying to sort out final payment but the balance on email confirmation is £2015 but online account  it’s £2210 and they don’t knows which is correct 🤣 hours on the phone and 3 promised calls back and nothing, no one actually cares 🤬

Sounds frustrating! I'm going through a similar issue and the Resolution department has been able to help. They are available starting 8 AM on weekdays and 9 AM EST on weekends.

I’ve been advised to pay the email confirmation as that’s the binding contract 👍 they really need to train them better it’s like banging your head constantly
