No excursions in Puerto Plata??

When online looking at my upcoming cruise it doesn't even show the port on my excursion bookings page. Are they not allowing excursions in Puerto Plata?

There was a thread that Puerto Plata is being rerouted because the port will not be ready for another six months.  You may want to see if your sailing was one that was being discussed.  I know my Feb 19 sailing should be on the list for not going but it is not.

My cruise still says we are going there but it's the only port not showing on the page where you book excursions. I wonder if it's still in limbo. We sail March 19th.
