wannabecruiseexpert
(7) people are staying in same cabin. (4) people are on reservation #1 and (3) people on reservation #2. I am trying to purchase an excursion for (2) people on #1 and (1) person on #2. Do I have to order these separately? It has an option for "find new guests" and I can put in the #2 reservation number and then the names pop up to choose but when I go to next, I get an error that says "You must select 3 people". Which I did. Has anyone run into this? Do I need to call their customer service in order to be able to book them all at the same time? BrianAlt
Did you hit the ADD button? I've made that mistake a few times. You can also log out of your account and log into the cruise planner under the other reservation number. I've had to do that with my kid's cabin to book them for like the drink package which you can't purchase for additional guests on your account. Thanks so much! BrianAlt
