You typically are able to get the bonus but if they don't follow through with the cruise you have to pay it back so beware of that. I actually book most of my cruises at NextCruise and will book an extra cabin for family to come along. When we get home I've let our travel agent sort out all the changes. I know there was some talk about a travel agent and this is where one really comes in handy. NextCruise always messes up the reservation (e.g. wrong spelling of my wife's name or my kid's names or incorrect birthdays or lack of C&A numbers) and our TA has fixed all that in the past.
