Excursion question

They do, but for both St. Thomas and St. Marteen, it's easier and cheaper to take a taxi or a ferry to the beaches.  Likely the same in the Bahamas, too.

If you're looking for a tour that includes a beach, many of us recommend Leo Brown, a private driver, in St. Marteen, and Bernard's Tours in St. Marteen is also very good.  Megan's Bay is popular in St. Thomas as is Paradise Island in the Bahamas.  You could also look at resortsforaday.com for hotels that offer packages on their beaches.

Personally, I wouldn't book a beach excursion through the cruise line as they're not usually cost effective on a per person basis unless you're traveling solo.

If you're looking for something beyond the beach, St. Marteen has a lot to see, hence Leo or Bernard's tours which include tours and beach time, and many recommend the island tour or Paradise Point in St. Thomas.
