I see it does not cost much more than the regular Voom, but I would love to save if I could? Also, it seems on the online cruise planner I can only book internet for the whole cruise or not at all. Sarah Posted July 26, 2016 Report Share Posted July 26, 2016 Stream is streraming video / progammes etc. The other package is "surf" which is to look at emails, facebook etc. As far as I know any package ordered before the start of a cruise must be for the whole duration.
