They had me purchase the plans again at the lower rate. Then they canceled the old plans and about 3 days later I saw a refund was added to the credit card account I use initially. That's a good example of how refunds work. Anything you cancel via the Cruise Planner site will be refunded back to the original form of payment within a couple of days.
