Ampurp85
If you want a refund you should wait until it is officially cancelled. If your cruise was booked before Aug 1st, you can L&S to another cruise in the same room, category, length and offering within the year time frame...plus of minus 4 weeks. So if you know a cruise that matches that, you can call tomorrow and L&S. cruisincaroline

JohnK6404
Yes, you can voluntarily Lift and Shift an "active" booking anytime (8/1/20 deadline) as part of the Cruise with Confidence program as long as your cruise meets the requirements. We did a L&S for our 10/4/20 cruise almost 2 weeks ago and moved it to 10/3/21. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/cruise-with-confidence What I’m finding on so, so many FB groups is that people are frequently confusing the L&S guidelines for globally cancelled cruises due to COVID with the existing L&S guidelines still in place until 8/1/20 under Cruise with Confidence. Two different sets of guidelines for L&S. Only cruises cancelled 5/20/20 and on were given the option of L&S (along with 125% FCC or 100% Refund), but with tighter deadlines to take advantage of the offer (June deadlines). Our 5/31/20 sailing was cancelled by Royal on 4/16/20, so we did not have the L&S option at that time (program actually was not out yet). https://www.royalcaribbean.com/cruise-ships/itinerary-updates cruisincaroline
