Todd Posted May 17, 2016 Report Posted May 17, 2016 It is a credit that will be taken off the final bill. By saying non refundable it just means if you spend nothing and have no bill is will not be refunded. In simple terms the first $100 of the on board account bill is free. Quote

Basically for me it's my internet or a my coffee for the trip (Please oh please let them have good coffee....
